Any unused products purchased from the Solné.com web site can be returned or exchanged within Seven days from the date of delivery. A valid return or exchange must adhere to the following guidelines:
1. It was purchased through the Solné.com web site.
2. Receipt of Purchase or Order Number must be provided and returned with product.
3. The product is in its original unused condition - product has not been altered, used, or damaged.
4. The product must be in its original packaging and condition with original labels and/or tags.
5. All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by contacting us at 1-877-770-3337 or by email.
To return or exchange a product in compliance with our satisfaction guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within 30 days from the original purchase date. We will not accept returns or exchanges without prior authorization and a RMA number. We reserve the right to refuse to issue RMA numbers where our Return – Exchange policy is being abused. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which products for return or exchange must be received by us. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. You should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
You are solely responsible for shipping any returned product to us. You agree to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. You agree to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. You agree that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition. If any component of the returned product is missing, our Exchange Procedure will be breached and we may in our sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against you for replacement of the missing component(s).
Returned products may be charged a 20% restocking fee. We will not refund original shipping charges for either refunds or exchanges.
